The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador purchases a wide range of goods and services each year, including office supplies, resource materials, cleaning products, equipment parts, training and maintenance services, design and planning services, and supplies and equipment in support of major construction projects.
The Supplier Development Guide: Selling to the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador introduces businesses to the provincial government purchasing process. It offers guidance on the bidding process and marketing to the provincial government. This Guide was produced in cooperation with the Government Purchasing Agency for small and medium-sized enterprises within the province.
